1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your RoyalCafe system. Unused machines in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your machine arrives with any transit damage or manufacturing defect, please contact our concierge team within 48 hours at contact@royalcafe.in so we can arrange an immediate replacement or white-glove inspection.
